Return & Refund Policy

At Somwara, every garment is crafted with care and inspected before dispatch. This policy explains when returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

a) Return Window

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
Subject to quality inspection approval

b) Product Condition

Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
Unaltered and in original condition
With all tags and packaging intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-measure products
Altered garments
Sale or discounted items
Accessories, gift cards, or vouchers

3. Exchanges

Allowed for size issues or manufacturing defects only
Subject to availability
If unavailable, customers may opt for store credit or an alternative product

4. Manufacturing Defects

Report within 48 hours with:

Order number
Clear images/videos
Unboxing video (recommended)

Approved cases receive a replacement or store credit.

5. Return Process

Email support@somwara.com with order details
Receive return approval and instructions
Securely pack the item
Pickup arranged or self-ship (as advised)

Return shipping charges may apply unless due to defect.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued for:

Order cancellation before dispatch
Manufacturing defects (if replacement unavailable)
Incorrect product delivered

Refund Method

Original payment method or store credit

Processing Time

Store credit: 3–5 business days
Bank/Card refunds: 7–14 business days

Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.

7. International Orders

Returns accepted only for defects or incorrect items
Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
Duties and taxes are non-refundable

8. Return Rejection

Returns may be rejected if:

The product shows signs of use or damage
Tags or packaging are missing
Item is non-returnable
Return request is late

Rejected items will be sent back at the customer’s cost.

9. Order Cancellations

Before dispatch: Within 12 hours of placing the order
After dispatch: Cancellation not allowed; eligible returns may be requested post-delivery
